I made the error of visiting the brand’s release calendar and came across a pair of Jordan 4’s supposedly releasing in honor of the upcoming Paris Olympic games, can you hear me shaking my head. When I laid my eyes on the Air Jordan 4 SE Wet cement, all I could think of is the Kaws 4 that released several years ago currently selling for as high as $5,000, and that isn’t too far fetched, we all know Jordan bran all too well.
This iteration is said to capture the essence of Parisian city life at twilight, boasting a color scheme of Smoke Grey, Iron Grey, and Cement Grey. The monochromatic sneaker is set to sport a gradient effect, transitioning from a lighter hue at the top to a darker shade towards the bottom. Crafted from a blend of nubuck and suede, this pair showcases debossed Jumpman logos on the tongue tags, adding a touch of luxury to its design.
If you’re interested in picking up a pair, refer to the details below

Now let’s see how the shoe is performing on third party marketplaces.
Jordan 4 Wet Cement Paris Olympics Resale Value
Let’s go ahead and find our five number summary based on the data we collected via third party marketplaces. The results are below
Minimum: 179
Quartile Q1: 200
Median: 204
Quartile Q3: 212
Maximum: 295
You can clearly see from the numbers above that the lowest sale recorded was $179, corresponding to a size 8 while the highest sale was $295, size 12. About 1/4 of the shoes sold between $179 and $200 ( see next chart for sizes) while half of them sold between $200 and $212 ( below retail). The top 25% sale were from $212 to $295 and there were 9 outliers ($179, $235, $239, $243, $254, $270, $270, $270, $295). These outliers are painting an interesting picture, that is most pairs sold were between $204 and $211.
With the outliers included, the overall average resale value is $213 ( below retail), and with the outliers removed, the average resale value is $205, still below retail. Let’s get a quick picture of what each size is yielding to in terms of profits or losses.
Resale Value by Size

Observations
83% of the sales recorded led to a loss, that is sizes 7.5-11.5 and 12.5. Size 12 led to a profit of +$29, but only one sale was recorded for it. Size 14 led to $9 profit, and that is below average so I wouldn’t recommend buying it as well for resale purposes. Out of those sizes that led to losses, 70% led to severe losses between $40 to almost $60 ( sizes 7.5- 10.5).
Conclusion
I would not, I repeat, I would not recommend reselling the Jordan 4 Wet Cement at all. This is incredible considering the fact that this shoe is a special edition. But that absolutely means nothing these days. This is another major win for buyers, especially those of smaller sizes, you’re in it for a treat. You can purchase it below retail via StockX
